Pricing questions
What is a credit?
Credits meter the AI work Rekogni does on your behalf: reading activity, writing summaries and preparing the updates your team would otherwise assemble. Every seat comes with 100 credits per month.
What does "pooled" mean on the Pro plan?
Credits are allocated per seat but shared across the whole team, so a heavy week for one engineer draws on the same pool as a quiet week for another. You do not need to balance usage person by person.
Can we change seat count later?
Yes. Add or remove seats as the team changes; the monthly total and the pooled credit allowance move with it.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Annual agreements and volume pricing are handled on the Enterprise plan. Get in touch and we will put together terms for your team size.
What happens if we run out of credits?
Reach out and we will size the right plan for your usage. The goal is that the allowance matches how your team actually works rather than becoming something else to manage.
